At only 7 calories per serving, they're a great addition for anyone looking to reduce calorie intake. Furthermore, Mynoodles are made from Konjac, a water soluble fibre. A Mynoodles serving also provides 3.5g of fibre. Mynoodles are very simply and easily cooked. Simply rinse mynoodles under cold water, and then cook for either 1 minute in the microwave, or 2-3 minutes in a pan.
